Worldwide Shipping: We deliver globally through reliable logistics partners, though we don't ship to P.O. boxes, military areas, or restricted zones. International deliveries outside India typically take 8–15 working days, with charges based on product weight, volume, and destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country.

Domestic Shipping: Shipping within India is free and typically takes 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch. We deliver through reliable logistics partners for domestic shipping.

Order Processing: Each piece is crafted with utmost care and attention to detail. Processing timelines vary by design, with a maximum lead time of 45 to 50 days from the date of order. For urgent requests or personalized assistance, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Tracking Information: As a proud homegrown brand, we believe in the power of human touch over automation. While our systems are intentionally less automated to support human employment, tracking details are always available upon request via phone call or WhatsApp. We’re here to assist you personally, every step of the way.

Failed Deliveries: If the recipient is unavailable after 3 delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply. Ensure accurate address and contact details.

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, we are no longer liable for any delays, damages, or issues that may arise during transit due to circumstances involving the delivery partner. However, we will do our best to support you in resolving such matters wherever possible.
