Welcome to Sapna's Design Studio.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We request all customers to read them carefully before making any purchase. These policies ensure clarity, transparency, and mutual understanding in all transactions. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
1. No Cancellations / No Refund Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We uphold a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is made, you are not entitled to a refund for the item, regardless of the reason. All sales are considered final.
2. Payment Policy
Goods will be dispatched only after full payment is cleared. Customers must confirm balance payments via WhatsApp; reconciliation may take up to 2 working days.
3. Non-Transferable Payments
Payments made for one order cannot be adjusted, transferred, or credited towards another order.
4. Colour Disclaimer
Due to lighting, photography, and screen settings, the colours of the actual product may vary slightly from those displayed online. We strive for the closest representation, but cannot guarantee an exact match.
5. Design & Craft Variations
Each piece at Sapna Design Studio is crafted with care. Minor variations in embroidery, fabric, cut, or overall design may occur compared to the sample shown. These are not considered defects but a reflection of artisanal uniqueness.
6. Handcrafted Nature
All our products are handcrafted. Occasional minor fallout of embellishments like beads, sequins, or mirrors is normal and not considered damage or a defect.
7. Alterations Policy
No alterations are offered for international clients. Garments are stitched with enough margin for local adjustments. If sent back for alteration, courier charges are borne by the client (free domestic reshipping; international extra). Alteration requests must be made within 48 hours of parcel delivery.
8. Size & Measurement Changes
If the customer's size changes from the time of placing the order to the time of delivery. The company is not liable for the same. In certain cases, a further amount might be chargeable depending on the scope of work.
9. Plus Size Charges
There is a possibility of additional charges for plus sizes, depending on the outfit. If measurements are not given at the time of placing the order, we reserve our rights to charge extra in case of a plus-size order.
10. Packaging & Creases
All orders are thoroughly checked and steam ironed before dispatch. However, due to waterproof plastic packaging, bubble wrap, courier service handling and other such reasons, the outfit, if received in a creased and wrinkled form, is natural. Kindly steam iron your outfit before the trial for that seamless fall.
11. Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by national holidays, natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, or courier-related issues. We will do our best to inform customers in case of any extended delay.
12. Production Timeline
Our standard order processing and production timeline is 45–50 working days. Urgent orders may be accepted upon request, at the customer’s risk. Please note that urgent orders are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or alteration once confirmed.
13. Limited Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for the order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, emotional distress, or any claims exceeding the transaction value.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, and logos, is the property of Sapna Design Studio. Any unauthorized use or reproduction will lead to legal action.
15. Communication & Updates
All official communication regarding orders, payments, and updates will be shared via email or WhatsApp. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information and stay updated. For any queries regarding these terms, please contact our customer support at support@sapnadesignstudio.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.
16. Address Accuracy
If the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address, the company is not responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, or loss.
